For three years my husband and I drove around Europe, in a big, American RV, called Georgie. We discovered ALL the roads less travelled, usually by mistake.
There are cautionary tales here, to be sure, but also plenty of hidden gems, humorous encounters and unexpected delights.
But lives change, and our journeys change with them. When my beloved Steve passed away I set out to find a new path: one that would bring me the same challenges, surprises, discoveries and dreams.
I’m looking for a life he would approve of: one rich with humour and curiosity, where grief can transmute gradually into gratitude, and one where – with good luck and a strong wind at my back – I’ll find a new star to navigate by.
